10-Year Labor Warranty on New Roofs
Every full roof replacement we install comes with a 10-year labor warranty. If anything goes wrong because of how the roof was installed, we come back and fix it at no charge to you. Ten full years.
Most roofers warranty their labor for a year or two. We warranty ours for ten because we are confident in the work and because we plan on being here.

2-Year Warranty on Repairs
All of our repair work is covered for 2 years. If the same problem comes back because of something we did, we make it right. Simple as that.
Labor Warranty vs. Manufacturer Warranty: What Is the Difference?
This confuses a lot of homeowners, so here it is in plain language.
The manufacturer warranty covers the roofing materials themselves. If a shingle is defective from the factory, the manufacturer handles that. Our new roofs carry the manufacturer’s 30-year warranty on materials.
The labor warranty covers our workmanship. It covers leaks from flashing we installed, shingles that were not nailed right, vents that were not sealed properly. In other words, it covers the things a roofer actually controls. That is our 10-year promise to you.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our labor warranty covers problems caused by installation or workmanship. Examples:
- Leaks coming from flashing, valleys, or penetrations we installed
- Shingles lifting or coming loose because of improper nailing
- Vents, boots, or skylight curbs we sealed that start leaking
What It Does Not Cover
We keep this honest too. Our warranty does not cover:
- Storm damage. Hail, hurricanes, and falling trees are what your homeowner’s insurance is for. If a storm hits, call us and we will document the damage and help you through the claim, but storm damage is an insurance matter, not a warranty matter.
- Normal wear over time. Roofs age. That is what the manufacturer’s material warranty is for.
- Work done by someone else. We can only stand behind our own work.
- Neglect. If gutters stay clogged for years and water backs up under the shingles, that is maintenance, not workmanship.
How to Use Your Warranty
Call or text us at 832-829-9200. Tell us what is going on and we will come take a look. If it is covered, we fix it. No forms in triplicate, no runaround.
If you ever spot a problem, call us as soon as you notice it so we can get it taken care of under your warranty.
