How it works
- Tell your friend, family member, or neighbor to call us at 832-829-9200 and give us your name.
- We come out, inspect the roof, and give them a written estimate. The inspection is free.
- When their job is finished and paid, you get $500 cash.
That is it. There is no limit on how many people you can send us. Send us three roofs, get paid three times.
Getting your street done together?
If two or more homes on the same street want their roofs done around the same time, ask us about a neighborhood discount. When our crew is already working on your street, everybody saves. Call us and we will price it out for your block.
The fine print, in plain English
- Your name has to come up before we write the estimate. Tell your friend to mention you on the first call, or call us yourself and give us their name.
- The $500 is paid after the job is finished and paid in full.
- One referral payment per job.
- You cannot refer yourself or your own house.
- One offer per job. The $500 cannot be combined with the neighborhood discount or any other discount.
Why we do this
We are a local family company. We live here in Missouri City and we work all over Fort Bend County. We would rather pay a happy customer $500 than pay an advertising company for a stranger. Every roof we put on comes with a foreman on site, a 10-year labor warranty that transfers if the house sells, and a free roof checkup every year.
