Here is what to expect when our crew installs your roof.
Arrival
Our crew arrives around 7 AM in summer and closer to 8 AM in winter.
The crew
A typical crew includes 6 to 8 people. A foreman is on site for every install to keep the job organized and make sure everything is done right.
How long it takes
A standard install takes two full days. We choose quality over quantity, and that time and attention to detail are a big reason we can offer our 10-year labor warranty.
Protecting your property
We shield plants and trees with two pieces of decking set up as a triangle. Pools are covered with tarps, and AC units are covered with decking so nails and loose shingles do not fall in.
Cleanup
Cleanup happens throughout the install. For the final cleanup, we make 3 to 4 magnetic nail sweeps around the perimeter and blow off the driveways.
Final walkthrough and warranty packet
We complete a final walkthrough with you to confirm you are satisfied with the work and cleanup. At the same time, you receive your warranty packet with the paid invoice, warranty documents, and information you may need for an insurance discount.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to schedule the job. The remaining balance is due upon completion at the final walkthrough.
