The problem
This Riverstone tile roof had been leaking for years. Missed maintenance over the years let water work its way under the tiles, and the decking underneath rotted. Nobody saw it from inside the house. Then one hard rain storm broke through the rotted decking and completely drenched their master bedroom. That is when they called us.
What we did
We found the leak paths and the rotted decking under the tile. The bad decking came out and new decking went in, the underlayment and flashing in those areas were made right, and the tile went back down sealed and solid. The job was documented with drone footage so the homeowner could see the finished work from angles you cannot get from a ladder.

A small leak is cheap to fix. A big leak gets expensive quick. That is why we tell every homeowner to have their roof looked at twice a year.
